The perfect opportunity to start your career in Housing as an Apprentice Team Leader in our Repairs Team (GRT). This role will be a 2-year fixed term contract which includes completing a qualification in Repairs Maintenance and Asset management.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Repairs Manager and team leaders to manage a multi-skilled team to deliver excellent, customer-focused repairs and maintenance services, achieving quality and other targets as well as delivering value for money. This highly rewarding role will support you in not only your housing career but as a professional.
The successful candidate will have 5 A*-C/Grade 9-4 GCSE’s, show that they can confidently use Microsoft office and other ICT systems and show an interest in either Housing, Maintenance services or aspiring to become a team leader.
A full driving license and a satisfactory basic level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check are essential for this role.
This role is Monday – Friday (37 hours) and you will have one day per week dedicated to completing your course.
