What you could be part of…

Framingham Earl Sports Centre is a community venue shared with Sapienta Academic Trust. Open to the high school in the term day and the community evenings and weekends. We have worked hard to grow our exercise classes from 8 per week to 30 per week, simultaneously with introducing activity providers from Archery to Roller Skating. We are looking for a committed Team Leader to join our small team.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Be a key holder to the venue
  • Supervising the Centre in the managers absence
  • Assuming a leadership role within the team
  • Setting up activities within the centre such as trampolining, badminton, exercise classes, football.
  • Assisting with show rounds from the public, schools
  • Administrative duties including daily checklists and cashing up
  • Ensuring the centre is well run and ready for business
  • Our teams work across our 5 leisure centres so you need to be able to travel between centres and enjoy this flexible working style

You must have…

Either have or be prepared to complete a First Aid Qualification. Experience of working with the public, have good concentration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our customers.
