Welwyn and Hatfield Foyer provides temporary supported accommodation for young single people between the ages of 16 -25. As a Supported Housing Officer you will develop a targeted support plan for each young person you work with, focusing on all aspects of independent living skills and personal development. You will provide targeted learning opportunities and Foyer community events and ensure all aspects of housing licence management are met. We are looking for an experienced supported housing officer with the skills to motivate young people and provide the support required to allow young residents to thrive and unlock their full potential. You'll work with us on a rota between 9am and 9pm with on call duties outside of office hours one week in four. Occasional weekend working is also required. Please note that this role is subject to DBS check due to the nature of our clients.
