Store Communications Manager - RG12 1YQ

We are looking for a Store Communications Manager, based at our office in Bracknell.

We’re Sally Europe, the biggest supplier in Europe for hair and beauty professionals. We bring together the following market-leading professional brands; Sally, Salon Services, Pro Duo, Salon Success and Sinelco, and we operate across 7 European countries.

The role purpose is to provide assistance to all customer’s pre and post sales queries across all channels supporting our online Trade and Retail business.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the content, and roll out process of all communication sent to the Sally Europe Store Operations team, supporting store execution and serving as the “voice of the stores”.

This role supports the successful development and implementation of store projects, policies, and procedures that align Sally Europe Store and Operations Leadership to deliver sales and profit goals.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is pivotal in communicating and pushing through operational challenges, sharing best practice and collating feedback, whilst taking ownership for the Showpad and iPads; editing, updating and communicating changes, on a regular basis.  Providing accurate and timely content, and translation support for store communications. 

Duties

Personal Key Attributes (Skills)

Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills

Experience in project and task management proficiency and ability to prioritise and execute accordingly

Ability to influence without authority across all levels of the organisation

Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
