The company are a market leader in providing a SaaS data platform to the construction industry. The advantage with this opportunity is that when you are calling companies you will not have the Who is XXX being the first thing that you have to overcome!!!

The company has Furloghed no one and made no one redundant!!

In fact, they have broken all sales targets!!!

You will need to:-

  • Be a results-driven individual with a track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets for new business.
  • Have 18 months of demonstrable experience in a sales/target driven environment. 
  • Have a strong customer focussed approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to influence. 
  • The ability to overcome objections effectively. 
  • A proactive attitude, high performing and self-motivated with a working knowledge of the sales pipeline and conversions. 
  • Have strong prospect qualification skills.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to do what it takes to get the job done. 
  • Experience in demonstrating software products (desirable). 
  • The ability to understand technical information and relay it to the customer in a clear and concise way. 
  • Demonstrable ability to close. 
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills. 
  • Construction industry background (desirable). 
  • Experience of working in a subscription business (desirable)

You will:-

  • Be working in a company that is keen to promote from within.
  • Great training and development.
  • Basic £25K OTE £45K top performers are exceeding £60K.
  • You will be home-based for now but in the future working with the team from the office in central Newcastle 3 days a week
