This role will give you full knowledge and experience of all aspects of a sales role starting with a customer’s initial enquiry through to the successful completion of orders.

Whilst previous experience within an office environment would be an advantage, someone with the right attitude and a willingness to lean as well as gaining knowledge of our products is mote important. Full training in all aspects to take the tole forward and become an integral part of our UK Office Team.

Bulte Plastics specialises in plastic protection, Nylon and plasto-metallic fasteners. For 60 years, Bulte has attained significant knowledge and dynamism. Working with an international sales network, with offices in Germany, France and the UK, Bulte is a key player in all sectors of industry. Your Sales Administrator role will include but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email (no cold calling)
  • Checking available stock levels
  • Producing / sending quotations
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Keeping customers updated with order progress
  • Be able to speak German or French would be a bonus but not essential
  • Full product and industry training will be provided

Bulte Plastics are offering a competitive salary of £17k-£20k depending on experience. A professional working environment where the successful individual will play a key role in the development of the UK Operation.

This is an office based role at our Head Office in Havant. Working hours will be 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch and 8am – 1:30pm on a Friday.
