A fantastic 5 months’ fixed term or secondment opportunity has arisen within the Legal and Assurance team, where you will work with all departments across the business as well as dealing directly with our customers.

About the role

  • This role has arisen due to maternity leave and will be for 5 months.
  • This is a relatively small team in number but with a great deal of responsibility. We sit within the Strategy and Business Services Directorate. Your base will be Glory Park with some flexible working in line with Company policy.
  • You will be required to deal with insurance queries on a day-to-day basis. These can range from simple building enquiries, managing the subsidence process with our insurance brokers and contractors, right through to personal injury claims. You will liaise directly with our insurance brokers who provide a claims service for us and will also be there to give advice and guidance on all matters of insurance. You will be empowered, and expected, to manage claims on behalf of Paradigm as well we claims made by our customers.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can demonstrate resilience and has great organisational skills. You will also have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in using our inhouse system: Frameworks. You will be able to deal with customers in line with our values and behaviours will be happy working via a blend of office, remote and homeworking. Your role will involve you daily liaison with our insurance brokers and customers ensuring that claims are progressed and dealt with in a timely manner. With this in mind experience and knowledge of dealing with customers is essential as well as excellent relationship building skills A pleasant approachable manner and a flexible approach to your work are important attributes.
