We are looking for a Resource Planner to take on a fast paced and integral role in the repairs department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised and values working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, have excellent time management skills for themselves and our operatives and enjoy working at a fast pace alongside a brilliant and supportive team.
It is essential that you have the ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritise workloads efficiently and are ICT literate to able to learn the functions of the in-house repairs management system. You will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and external suppliers/contractors alike. Having a positive attitude toward embracing change in order to provide a better service for our customers is a key skill.
It is desirable that you have previous experience working within the social housing sector, preferably within the repairs department and awareness/ knowledge of relevant legislation and processes within the social housing sector.
