NEW RESTAURANT OPENING SOON IN BATH
A great opportunity for someone who is looking for variety in their role.
You will be required to manage the administration duties at the restaurant working directly for the restaurant management and head chef.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Telephone Communications and Correspondence
Answers the phone within 3 rings in a polite and friendly manner
Deals with all queries or delegate to appropriate person
Ensures answering service message is informative
Deals with all correspondence in a courteous and professional manner whether via email or letter
Removes and deals with answer machine messages and keeps message updated
Reservations
Administer all reservations, cancellations in line with restaurant policy
Obtains credit card information from customers prior to arrival as necessary
Understands and communicates needs of customer to FOH and Kitchen, or any dietary requirements
Maintains a positive manner with regards to show rounds for dining
Understanding of the online systems to ensure that any changes can be made or reports can be run
We are looking for an all-rounder hands on individual who is highly organised. Your enthusiasm and passion should match the team who work in this fast-paced and highly energetic environment within the restaurant industry.
Previous experience in the restaurant or catering industry is essential, as well as being extremely organised.
You will be working Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm
