We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager in our busy Partnerships Team. You will be responsible for managing efficiently and effectively control allocated mixed tenure and regeneration schemes in line with the objectives of the Group’s plans and strategies, delivering projects to completion in accordance with the Group’s policies, processes and funding authority requirements, maintaining cost control, managing risks and liaising effectively with internal and external customers.
You will work in partnership with the Head of Delivery to play a key role in the Group. You will contribute to business development, helping us to deliver at a high level and achieve our targets through your excellent leadership, business and professional skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have recent relevant experience. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the effective strategic and development partnership working, which continues to be vital in delivering the Group’s goals.
The projects we deliver are challenging, complex, interesting and provide real benefit to our residents and stakeholders.
