We are one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and installers of laboratory and educational furniture. With over 25 years’ experience of constructing and refurbishing labs, we work across the educational, healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Our full-service approach means we look after every element of installation, from design and manufacture to fitting and the associated services.
Due to the continuing expansion of the company, we require a Project Coordinator to join our busy Project Team to ensure all projects are run smoothly, within budget, on time and finished to a high standard.
You will be a proficient communicator, highly organised, use your own initiative and have excellent coordination skills and a passion for customer service. Experience working with Microsoft Office is essential.
You will be dealing with all project stakeholders including customers, suppliers, subcontractors and all internal departments. This role is primarily to support the Project Managers assisting with site labour, subcontractors, ordering goods and services, booking accommodation and health and safety. You will also be responsible for coordinating supply-only small works orders.
Working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Annual leave is 28 days plus bank holidays with a Christmas shutdown.
