This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with possibility of extension, and an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a major transformation programme implementing commercial off the shelf software to replace a legacy system. We require an experienced and highly capable PMO Analyst to provide specialist support and governance to the programme and wider Business Transformation team. The role holder will provide hands-on planning, governance and support services to project and programme managers in addition to applying control & quality assurance across deliverables, artefacts and standards. The role will support and enable delivery of the programme and the wider portfolio through Project plan support, Information Management, RAID management, Executive Reporting, Meeting Support and Programme administration. With excellent experience of using MS Project, MS Team, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, the role holder will have good working knowledge of Project Methodologies (Prince II/APM, Agile). You must be a confident self-starter who can clearly demonstrate initiative and collaborative working, with proven PMO experience and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex facts and situations.
