We are recruiting for Plasterer who prides themselves on the quality of their work to join a forward thinking & growing housing association. This highly rewarding role will carry out maintenance and repair work to our ongoing projects, within voids, responsive and planned works. We do ask a flexible approach to hours worked and ability to respond to emergencies and out of hours calls, this will be on a six-weekly rota.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working within responsive repairs and/or housing environment and experience of working as part of a team.
Your day to day duties will include surveying jobs, finding and repairing faults across a range of works such as: Carpentry, Plumbing, UPVC, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and decorating.
A full driving license and a satisfactory basic level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check are essential for this role.
This role is Monday – Friday (37 hours) and your salary will be between £25,000 and £30,000 (depending on skills and knowledge).
