Background to the Post

Our Peer Support Service started 10 years ago, with 2 Wellbeing Centres offering this new service. Since then, we have seen this service grow and develop in ways we could not have imagined. This service is one of the services most requested by people and we now offer Peer Support across all 7 of our Wellbeing Centres across Hertfordshire. Over the last year, 1039 people have been able to receive this valuable support and we are looking to recruit further Peer Support Workers to this amazing team. The Peer Support Workers (PSW) are an integral part of the team and play a key role in delivering a range of peer support core services across the organisation.

Hertfordshire Mind Network provide a range of training opportunities, including our PS Academy Level 3 training.
