We are currently seeking for Multi Skilled Technicians to complete day to day maintenance work in Chesham. You must be skilled in 3 or more trades (not core) and will be able to work unsupervised.
Your key responsibilities will be to carry out all maintenance works within your designated trades unsupervised, to a high standard and aligned to approved codes of practice and regulations ensuring a first time fix wherever possible and within the target response times.
The successful candidate must have a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ or relevant experience in maintenance and repairs work specific to trades. A sound knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i.e. construction, building regulations and health and safety is required.
Due to the nature of the role a full valid driving licence is essential. You will also be required to be part of the ‘On Call’ team to cover the out of hours work when required
