Queensmead is an ‘outstanding’, oversubscribed 11-18 mixed academy school where students achieve highly and display ‘exemplary behaviour’ (OFSTED).
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning and Behaviour Mentor. The successful candidate should be able to work directly with identified individuals or groups of students to help overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour and raise achievement. To liaise with parents, appropriate agencies and the wider school community to support all concerned. The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification and experience in this field. A degree relating to this role is desirable.
This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2022 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.
Hours of work will be 8.30am – 3pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
