We are currently seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team on a permanent basis. As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer you will be involved in the maintenance and stable delivery of critical IT systems to Paradigm Housing, you will also be involved in upgrades and project work. This role requires someone who has strong Desktop Support knowledge, 1st/2nd line experience and is looking to take the next step, or is working in a similar role already. The role fits into the wider IT Operations Team and will act as an escalation point to the Service Desk as required.
To be successful in this post you must have:
• In-depth experience of desktop support in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of networking, including DNS and DHCP
• Excellent troubleshooting, fault finding and root cause analysis skills
• Appropriate experience in a similar role
• Experience of Windows Server systems
