We are looking for an experienced housing case worker to join our team at lea bridge house where we provide a professional and caring face to face service to to our residents and potential residents who are referred to us by homeless agencies and local authorities. People skills and excellent communication are key, as well as a keen team-working ethic. Some experience of carrying out risk assessments with a good eye for detail will be essential. You might be an intake officer, someone working in homelessness or supporting adults, or a housing team assistant dealing with resident referrals for housing. Most importantly you'll have a passion for making a difference to our residents lives and will enjoy a challenging and varied day to day role. Full training will be provided, good IT literally and previous experience using Excel to a basic level will needed.
