It will be highly beneficial to have worked with a wide range of stakeholders providing excellent customer service skills.


The Homeowner Team provide Paradigm’s internal expertise on leases and leasehold services. Going beyond the transactional management of enquiries, they understand the expectations of leaseholders and what makes leaseholders needs different. From the deep understanding of leaseholders needs and expectations, the team proactively anticipates the service that needs to be delivered. You will provide advice to colleagues on leasehold and freehold matters, as the in-house expert of homeownership management. A key aspect of this role will be to manage the relationships we have with homeowners, part of this is making sure their needs and expectations are understood within the business. The team also provide the management of Paradigm’s portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring delivery of a value for money service through effective partnership working with internal teams, external partners and agencies, and through customer involvement. This ensures that we are consistently working towards a top-performance culture ensuring both team and personal targets are met. 


The main aspects of the role will include dealing with 100% resales enquiries within set timescales:-

  • Dealing with applications requiring permissions under the lease, responding within set timescales and raising administration charges where the lease allows.
  • Attend and actively input into site visits, scheme briefings and post occupation reviews as well as working alongside development team on all new housing schemes.
  • To ensure effective customer involvement channels and opportunities are available, promoted and delivered to allow residents to feed into the delivery of our services.
  • Work closely with internal departments on upcoming procurement of contracts and planned works, ensuring timely and accurate Section 20 consultation is carried out in line with legislative requirements, including preparation of Section 20 Notices.
  • Supporting colleagues / Teams across the organisation where appropriate.
  • Providing advice and expertise on homeowner services and to support teams in delivering service improvements for homeownership services and to manage projects identified in improvement plans.
