We value our complaints process to ensure we identify service failures, we put things right to regain customer trust, and use that insight to make service improvements in liaison with the relevant service areas. 

Due to an internal career move (we have a lot of these) we have a great opportunity up for grabs and would like to hear from you if are passionate about delivering an excellent customer complaints service whilst driving service improvements. Do you have the flair and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff, influencing colleagues to ensure we are continuously reviewing how we deliver our service and that decisions are fair and reasonable? Adept at analysing large volumes of data and presenting these trends to the business to prompt and get agreement on service improvements?

If you have experience managing a complaints team (ours is a small team of 3), preferably in a regulated environment, then we would love to hear from you. 

The role is hybrid and offers the flexibility to work 2 days in our modern offices in High Wycombe (free parking) and 3 days remotely.
