Vacancy: Customer Engagement Officer  

Location: High Wycombe / remote hybrid working 

Salary package: £31.5k pa plus truly excellent benefits

Permanent, 37 hrs p/w some flexibility re start & finish times

You will be a passionate expert in all aspects of customer involvement; recognising that the customer voice is vital to understanding how our customers feel about our services and acting on this valuable insight to improve and enhance our overall service delivery.

This new role has been created to support the New Paradigm programme, which is the biggest transformational change programme in our history. Your role will be to strengthen customer engagement to ensure that the customer voice is applied and adopted throughout the programme, maximising service improvements that matter most, supporting our corporate aims to offer excellent services to customers.

About you:

You should have great Customer Engagement experience; you will work as part of a small team of three, the wider Customer Insight & Experience team has a total of 10 people; you will be responsible for ensuring that there are a range of opportunities for customers to influence, scrutinise and challenge us on performance, which will ultimately lead to an improved customer experience.

With a focus on ensuring colleagues across business are undertaking customer involvement and engagement, you will support them in meeting these commitments. You will be able to evidence successful project management of customer involvement events and co-creation activities and demonstrate meaningful outcomes for customers and their impact.

You will possess experience of supporting and developing scrutiny, you will be familiar with customer consultation methods (or willing to undertake training) to support our role in managing and delivering customer consultation and engagement across the business.

There will be occasional requirements (around twice a quarter) to work evenings up to around 9pm for customer events, we will give you advance notice of these and time off in lieu will be given.
