<p>Heaton Park is looking for a Commercial Development Lead to help drive the park into the next exciting phase of its development. <br />
<br />
This new role will identify and secure diverse new income streams, developing and leading a creative commercial strategy to make Heaton Park a premier visitor destination for the North West. <br />
<br />
This role comes at an exciting time for the park, as we build on our success as one of the largest and most visited attractions in the country (with over 1.8 million visitors each year). It will help to achieve our vision for our parks and green spaces to be the heart, lungs and soul of Manchester and support our strategy of putting parks at the heart of neighbourhoods. <br />
<br />
We are seeking someone to help build productive partnerships, to drive forward our vision and to develop new, innovative business and funding opportunities to generate income. <br />
<br />
We are developing bold new approaches to how we fund our service and innovative target operating models to secure the long-term sustainable growth and future as a destination park for residents, families, and visitors to our city. <br />
<br />
This is a role for someone with a breadth of commercial and partnership experience, who can build on our current programme of events, activities, and operators and maximise the commercial value of the parks assets. The ideal candidate will love parks and green spaces, bringing new thinking and ambitions to think creatively.
