We have exciting opportunities for experienced, dynamicp personnel for a role based in Central London for the Go Ahead Transport for London Bus Garages which is a 7 day operation and the successful candidate would be working 5 over 7 on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will help to deliver a positive dining experience for the customer.

About You

You will have a minimum of two year's catering experience. You must be passionate about food creating a great customer experience every time. You will have an excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health&Safety to include Natasha's Law and be able to work within a team.

Chef Manager Responsibilities

Preparation of existing menus and introduction of new dishes

Stock ordering and weekly stock takes

Managing and training of kitchen staff

Rota planning

Strictly adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation

Build menus to comply with allergen regulations, using onsite computer system to ensure this is maintained

Daily reconciliation


Proven experience as Chef Manager

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Up-to-date culinary trends and kitchen processes

Good understanding of back of house computer systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,459.20 per year
