What do Business Support do?
Working for Business Support you will be providing administrative support to teams in Adult Social Care and Children's Services. This will involve a variety of tasks from answering the phones and dealing with visitors, to taking minutes in multi agency meetings. You will be recording in citizen records, you will be making appointments with citizens or other professionals, dealing with finance through SAP system, cash handling and income recording, processing payments to companies and individuals, you will be downloading information. You will communicate with a variety of both internal and external customers.
