12 Month Fixed Term Contract until September 2023   

F/T 37 hrs p/w Mon – Fri some flexibility on start and finish times

If you know your ‘As Is’ from your ‘To Be’ and have sound experience collaborating with stakeholders supporting the lifecycle of design, development, and delivery, then this could be the role for you.  

We are currently delivering the biggest digital transformation programme in our history to future-proof the organisation and enhance customer satisfaction and take us from good to great. Central to the programme is the replacement of our legacy housing management system with the Civica CX product.  

Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for:  

  • Identifying, setting up and running workshops with key stakeholders to elicit requirements to design ‘To Be’ processes.  

  • Creating functional specifications inclusive of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.  

  • Collaborating with the wider team, including SMEs, Developers & Testers to communicate requirements.  

  • Attending and actively contribute to sprint planning sessions and contribute to daily scrum meetings including creating and providing updates on Jira tickets.  

You will need to have/be:  

  • Highly proficient in business analysis using a range of techniques, to facilitate requirements elicitation and evidence-based decision making.  

  • A social housing background would be highly beneficial but is not essential.  

  • Preferred experience or knowledge of the Civica CX housing management system.  

  • Thorough knowledge of process and system design, implementation and operation as well as benefits management experience.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to adopt varying styles to be able to explain complex information to a wide variety of audiences.  

  • Proficient use of business analysis tools such as BPMS/SDLC and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.  

  • Strong interpersonal skills along with an analytical mind-set in order to help us bring about Organisational process changes.

Where could this role take you?  

Whilst this is not currently a permanent role, in a business our size (around 550 employees with over 16,000 properties) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a strong possibility that this could either be extended or other opportunities may arise; many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialize, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields.
