The perfect opportunity to start your career in Asset and Compliance as an Asset & Compliance Apprentice. This role will be a 3 year fixed term contract which includes completing a qualification in BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
We are looking for two individuals to join this team and report directly into the Asset and Building Safety Manager. The main purpose of this role is to assist the Asset and Compliance team in maintaining high quality data that will aid the programming and contracting of planned works and the cyclical compliance programme and to collate, update data and produce reports from our core ICT systems.
The successful candidate will have 5 A*-C/Grade 9-4 GCSE’s, show that they can confidently use Microsoft office and other ICT systems and show an interest in either Housing, compliance or building safety.
A satisfactory basic level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is essential for this role. A full driving license is desirable.
This role is Monday – Friday (37 hours) and you will have one day per week dedicated to completing your course.
