We have created a new post of Aftercare Manager within the Partnerships Team. This is a full-time role on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will set up and lead a new after-care service for private home buyers, shared ownership customers, customers renting their homes, and to our internal colleagues in the Operations Team.
Working closely with the teams building or selling new homes, the Aftercare Manager will be an experienced customer care professional who can communicate effectively, manage expectations and is highly motivated. They will also need to hold a UK driving licence with access to a suitable vehicle with business use insurance cover.

Your salary will be £35,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience. We also offer a competitive package which includes:
